Assalamualaikum and Hello everyone!!! For the next entry, i would like to share about one of the attraction which is Sipadan Island located in Sabah and also the famous food in Sabah. I hope this one can attract you guys to read about it.
According to the Wikipedia, Sipadan island is the only oceanic island in Malaysia, rising 600 metres (2,000 ft) from the seabed. It is located in the Celebes Sea off the east coast of Sabah, Malaysia. It was formed by living corals growing on top of an extinct volcanic cone that took thousands of years to develop. Sipadan is located at the heart of Indo-Pacific basin, the centre of one of the richest marine habitats in the world. There are more than 3,000 species of fish and hundreds of coral species have been classified in this ecosystem.
In the deep of the Sipadan island, frequently seen in the waters around Sipadan which is green and hawksbill turtles ( which mate and nest there), enormous schools of barracuda in tornado like formations as well as large schools of big eye trevally, and bumphead parrotfish. Pelagic species such as manta rays, eagle rays, scalloped hammerhead sharks and whale sharks also visit Sipadan.
Famous Food In Sabah
There are a lot of food that famous in Sabah such as Bambangan, Pinasakan and others. This types of food known as their traditional food. Firstly, i will share about one of the famous food in Sabah which is Bambangan. Bambangan is a type of wild mango that comes with distinct and sharp smell. It is not like the normal mango, Bambangan has a thick brown skin. While it is delicious when ripe, Bambangan is normally harvested raw to be pickled using mixed with grated Bambangan seed and slices of chilli. It can be found at tamu market or vegetables markets. It is delicious to eat with plain white rice and deep-fried fish.
Next, another famous food is Pinasakan. Pinasakan also known as Pinasakan Sada is a traditional Kadazandusun dishes of braised basung fish mixed with tacob akob (a tangy wild fruit mainly harvested for its skin), fresh turmeric, salt and slices of Bambangan (optional). Pinasakan is another type of preserved food and is good to be eaten sans heating for days at a time and it can be found at traditional cuisine restaurants. Pinasakan goes well with white rice or ambuyat and a dash of sambal.
Assalamualaikum and Hello everyone!!! In this entry, i would like to share another traditional game that one of the most interesting game which is batu seremban or batu serembat.
Batu seremban or also known as batu selambut or batu serembat and this game is like played by girls. It is usually played in groups - two or more people. Players need to find objects such as marble, pieces of rubber, gravel stones size chunk or the other objects that are round used in this games. These objects known as a fruit. Players need to sit on the floor so that they can play this game easily. Five stones often played at leisure - on the porch, in the home and or wherever they want with a flat floor surface. There a few levels or different ways of celebration when play batu seremban which is will start with the easy level first until more difficult level where the top level called the fruit of seven.
How To Play
One pieces: All fruit should be dissipate, is such as that all the pieces are not adjacent each other. One fruit will be a mother and the mother need to be tossed into the air and at the same time the fruit should be cited. This treatment will continue until all the fruit already quoted.
Second pieces: Repeat like one fruit. But only two seed should be collected at the same time which is the mother of fruit will bounced twice only.
Three pieces: There were three little difference which is in the first toss, only one piece of fruit will be collected. Flips the second, three seed will be collected simultaneously.
Four pieces: Fruit mother bounced into the air and at the same time, the player must collect all four pieces of fruit that was on the floor simultaneously.
Five pieces: Repeat like four fruit. The player must be tossed mother of fruit into the air and collect all four pieces of fruit on the floor simultaneously. After that, mother of fruit should be tossed into the air and at the same time, four pieces of seed that is in the hands of player need to be placed on the floor so that only the mother only to be welcomed.
Six pieces: In the sixth level, the players will be a little difference of opinion. At this level, the player will get two pieces of seed as a mother and when one of the mother tossed into the air, another one should be exchange with other pieces on the floor to finish.
Seven pieces: Seven pieces of fruit are the order of six. Two pieces of fruits that is in the hands should be bounced simultaneously and after that one pieces of fruit to be collected. Fruits mother should be welcomed both hands which is one in the left hand while another in the right hand. In the hand, the mother who tossed the final into the air will also be welcomed.

I think congkak become the most famous game played by girls especially kids because it can teach them about the calculation and know how to have a true steps when playing it.
Congkak believed originated from Africa and or the Arab world, depends on the theory that we believe. However, the oldest evidenced found by exploration of ancient funded by the National Geographical Society found pieces of a limestone which have two parallel holes. According to the Wordpress.com, from the Middle East, the game spread to Africa. Congkak spread to Europe via Arab traders. In Southeast Asia, may grow proud of Malacca as the state is the center of trade in the past. Even children in the Caribbean also played congkak and known as Warri or Awari while in Indonesia, congkak known as "Congklak" and in Philiphines is "Mungkak".
In the olden days, the palace play with board of congkak with popm of luxury carved, while among the masses, it just played with dig holes in the ground. Nowadays, congkak become one of the famous traditional game around the world. Congkak was so popular and in demand so that the fans created a variety of web sites on the internet. It provide varieties of information about congkak even the culture and the nation proud in the websites.
How To Play Congkak
Congkak can be played by two people at all the times. Both of them will be dealing with one another, with the pomp of the board is placed in the middle. Beginning of the game, each players will get all the seeds that are in one of the holes in the front rows, respectively. Each holes will has a 7 seed in the beginning but it will be different after the game begun. Then, player will released the seed one by one on every hole, according to the area to the left or right. At the end of board's cavalier, there are two big holes called "home". Before the game starts, each player must decide on which "home" that they want whether on the right or left side. Usually Wau played by two people which one person will hold the kite and the other person will hold the rope. When the wind blow, the roped will pulled against the wind until the kite into the air. 1. The Time with Family or Friends: It is true that playing kites is a solo activity but it does not mean that we cannot playing it with our family or friend. Traditional Sport Assalamualaikum and Hello everyone!!! For the next entry, i would like to share about a few types of traditional games that quite famous for the kids even adults to play. In Malaysia, there are 5 types of traditional games which is Wau, Congkak, Batu Seremban or Serembat, Lompat Teng Teng and Gasing.
Firstly, Wau or the pronunciation as Wow is a traditional kites that famous especially in northern states of Kelantan and Terengganu. These beautiful kites are made of bamboo and covered with cloths to look like local flora and fauna. When we plays the kites, it can produce a humming "waao-waao" sound that attached from the underneath of kites
is bamboo "whistle".
Next,Congkak is a mancala games of Malay origin played in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand and also some part of Sumatra and Borneo. The belief of an old Malay people about the word of congkak means "congak" or as mental calculation that was practiced in this games. Congkak is a such interesting games to play if the player succeed to collect all the points to win the games and they know how to arrange their steps when play this games. While, batu seremban or batu serembat known as a historical and heritage kind of traditional game, unique and differ. This game was inherited from the great grand generation of descendants before world of civilization. This game was famous and most practiced in Malaysia and each types of age can play this interesting game.
Another two traditional games that i would like to share which is Lompat Teng Teng and Gasing. Gasing is a giant spinning top that weighs approximately 5kg to 10lbs and may be large as dinner plate. The game usually played traditionally before the rice harvest seasons. The player must have a strengths, coordination and also skills when plays this game. Each player must known how to handle their gasing before they scooped off onto the ground. Gasing or spinning top is split into 2 categories which is one for ornamental purpose and the other is for playing. Next, Lompat Teng Teng or also known as Ketinting is a game that usually played by girls. This is because this game is not too tough even the players using a lot of energy and also did not need a large area to play it. Teng Teng played by a groups of children where there are two or four person in a ring. There is no fixed rule for the number of player in a court but if there are more than 2 or 3 person it will cause difficulty for each player to play it. The court is drawing plots on the ground which is there are 9 parcels in the court. In addition, the players need a marble which is an object to mark their position in the parcels court later.

for the next entry I would like to share about the cultural between races that
lived in Malaysia. In Malaysia, we have a few races such as Malay, India and
Chinese. Even they are from different religious but they can still live in
harmony and peace.
The culture of Malaysia draws on the varied cultures of the different people of Malaysia. Chinese and Indian cultural influences made their mark when trade began with those countries, and increased with immigration to Malaysia. The many different ethnicities that currently exist in Malaysia have their own unique and distinctive cultural identities, with some crossover. According to t Wikipedia, Malaysia is a multi–ethnic, multicultural, and multilingual society, and the many ethnic groups in Malaysia maintain separate cultural identities. For the Malaysians people, bahasa malaysia become our native language and the national language. Next, each ethnics have their own traditional clothing which is same with the Malays people. Their traditional clothes is baju kurung and baju melayu also for the muslims they are compulsory to wear the tudung, a type of hijab to cover their aurah. This clothes shows that their appearance look politely and beautiful.
Next, the Chinese have been settling in Malaysia for many centuries, and form the second-largest ethnic group.The first Chinese to settle in the Straits Settlements primarily in and around Malacca, gradually adopted elements of Malaysian culture and intermarried with the Malaysian community and with this, a new ethnic group called emerged, the Peranakan ("Straits Chinese"). These Chinese have adopted Malay traditions while maintaining elements of Chinese culture such as their largely Buddhist and Taoist religion. The Chinese in peninsular Malaysia, they have more than one native language such as Hokkien, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka and so on. For their traditional clothing, Chinese people wears cheongsam which is their favourite colour is red. Based on their beliefs, red colour bring good meaning or lucky for them. Besides, in Malacca, the Chinese people known as Baba Chinese or Nyonya for the women and their also have a different assent in their communication.
The Indian community in Malaysia is the smallest of the three main ethnic groups, accounting for about 10 percent of the country's population. They speak a variety of South Asian languages.Tamils, Malayalees and Telugu peoplemake up over 85 percent of the people of Indian origin in the country. Indian immigrants to Malaysia brought with them the Hindu and Sikh cultures. This included temples and Gurdwaras, cuisine, and clothing. Hindu tradition remains strong in the Indian community of Malaysia. A community of Indians who have adopted Malay cultural practices also exists in Malacca. Though they remain Hindu, the Chitties speak Bahasa Malaysia and dress and act as Malays.

Today, I would like to share about the traditional food of Malaysia that
attracted people even foreigner to try on it which is Nasi Lemak.
HISTORY OF NASI LEMAK Nasi lemak is a Malay fragrant rice
dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. It is commonly found in Malaysia,
where it is considered the national dish, and also popular in neighbouring
countries such as Singapore, Indonesia especially in Eastern Sumatra; Brunei
and Southern Thailand. Nasi Lemak also can be found in the Southern Philippines
prepared by Filipino Muslims, it is considered one of the most famous dishes
for Malay-type breakfast. It is not to be confused with nasi dagang sold in the
Malaysian east coast states of Terengganu and Kelantan although both dishes can
usually be found sold side by side for breakfast. However, because of nasi
lemak versatility in being able to be served in a variety of manners, it is
now served and eaten any time of the day.
RECIPE OF NASI LEMAK
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of coconut milk
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1(1/2 inch) piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
salt to taste
1 whole bay leaf
2 cups long grain rice, rinsed and drained
4 eggs, 1 cucumber, 1 cup of oil for frying, 1 cup raw peanut, 1(4 ounce) package white anchovies
2 tablespoons vegetables oil, 1 medium onion sliced, 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced, 3 shallots thinly sliced, 2 teaspoons chile paste, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1/4 cup tamarind juice
DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together coconut milk, water, ground ginger, ginger root, salt, bay leaf, and rice. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 t0 30 minutes or until done.
Place eggs in saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately removed from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water 10-20 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water, cool, peel and slice in half. Slice cucumber.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet or wok, heat 1 cup vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Stir in peanuts and cook briefly until lightly browned. Removed peanuts with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to soak up excess grease. Return skillet to stove. Stir in the contents of one package anchovies, cook briefly, turning until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon and place on paper towels, discard oil and wipe out skillet.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in the skillet. Stir in the onion, garlic, and shallots; cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Mix in the chile paste, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the chile paste is too dry, add a small amount of water. Stir remaining achioves; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in salt, sugar and tamarind juice; simmer until sauce is thick about 5 minutes.
Serve the onion and garlic sauce over the warm-rice and top with peanuts, fried anchovies, cucumbers and eggs.
UNIQUE OF FOOD
Traditionally, nasi lemak is served
with a hot spicy sauce (sambal), and usually include various garnishes,
including fresh cucumber slices, small fried anchovies (ikan bilis), roasted
peanuts, and hard-boiled or fried egg. Nowadays, nasi lemak may also be served by additional protein dish such as fried chicken, sambal sotong, gulai udang even with rendang ayam. This is because we want to attract customers to buy and taste about it with this combinations. Traditionally most of this accompaniments are spicy in nature. archipelago of 104 islands in the Andaman Sea, some 30 km off the mainland coast
of northwestern Malaysia. The islands are a part of the state of Kedah, which

island of the reddish-brown eagle in colloquial Malay. The Malay word for eagle
is helang
– which is shortened to “Lang”, Kawi is the name of red
stone used as a chalk to mark goods.

bicycles, automobile, train, boat, airplane or other means with or without
luggage and can be one way or round trip. It can also include relatively short
stays between successive movements.
Next, travel is something that can
attracted people to do something in their leisure time and spend time with
their beloved people. What can they do went go to travel? Actually, there are a
lot of activities that they can do such as visit the historical places, learn
about the differences of cultural and so on. All of these activities can
reunite a strong relationship between a family and society or it can also
create a great memories to memorize.
Besides, I would like to share some
tips for everyone to have a great travelling in everywhere with beloved people.
First, we need to survey the suitable place to stay along the price, locations
and the attractions of the place so that we did not decides any wrong
decisions. Secondly, before go to travel, we need to set a budget that we want
to use later and spend on and lastly keep in touch with your family. This is
because to make sure that people around us know what are we doing and where we
have been during the travelling.
